For international clients, additional rights may apply based on your local regulations. We strive to comply with all minimum legal obligations applicable to your jurisdiction.

Refund Eligibility Based on Payment Mode

Refunds are eligible for the following payment modes:
– UPI
– Net Banking
– Debit Card
– Credit Card
– Cash

Refunds are NOT eligible for payments made via:
– Debit Card EMI
– Credit Card EMI
– Education Loans or Finance Providers

Refunds Are Subject to the Following Conditions

1. Recorded Mentorship Programs:
   – Once access to recorded content is granted, no refund will be processed under any condition.
   – This policy ensures the protection of intellectual property and content value.
2. Subscription-Based or Package Services:
   – Any subscription or bundled service (e.g., mentorship + downloadable templates or content access) is non-refundable once accessed.
   – If the subscription is part of a larger course or package, a refund for the entire course can be considered only if eligibility criteria are met.
3. Live Mentorship Programs:
   – You may request a refund only after attending the first live session and must provide a valid reason.
   – The refund request must be emailed from your registered email address to support@360homeaudit.com within 24 hours of the completion of the first class.
   – Requests received beyond this time frame or after attending two or more sessions will not be accepted.
4. Technical, PMC, or Design Services:
   – If service delivery (including site visit, drafting, consultations, or design work) has already begun, refunds will not be permitted.
   – If a cancellation is made before work initiation, a partial refund may be considered after deducting booking or evaluation fees (excluding GST and platform charges).
   – In all cases, seat booking/initial registration charges are non-refundable.

Seat Booking or Registration Charges Are Non-Refundable

Any fee paid towards booking, evaluation, or registration for services or courses will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Only the remaining amount, after deducting booking fees, GST, and applicable platform/convenience charges, may be refunded—based on eligibility.

Refund Process

Submit your refund request via email to support@360homeaudit.com from your registered email ID.
Our team will verify the eligibility and, if approved, process the refund within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding applicable GST and platform charges.

Refund Denial

We reserve the right to deny a refund request under the following circumstances:
❌ Request received after the eligibility period has expired
❌ More than one live mentorship session attended
❌ Technical or design service already initiated or delivered
❌ Incomplete documentation or missing proof of payment
❌ Requests related to EMI, education loans, or non-standard payment modes
❌ Refunds involving taxes or convenience/platform charges

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, claims, or concerns arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State], India.
